‘Words of Wisdom’

Last night saw 'The W Project' ladies Loren and Teo hit Hoxton Square, KK Outlet Gallery with their current exhibition celebrating Internatioanl Womens Day 'Words of Wisdom'. It was as expected a packed out show, spilling out into the street with many a friendly face in attendance. So proud of the girls and all their hard work, and the contributors had some spectacular words to say. The W Project celebrates women working across the creative industries and the aim is to promote empowering role-models and help build a better creative community for the future. Launching last year on the 8th of March 2011, The W Project marked the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day, with an exhibition of work by established and emerging female talent across multiple creative disciplines. This year they continue with the second exhibition entitled WORDS OF WISDOM. Celebrating the voice of women working across the creative industries. Lovely seeing empowering women of todays creativity attending, Margot Bowman, Suz Pettigrew, Fred Butler, not to leave out some great men including Larry B and MIsterlego.
